Here is a little about me, I am a fitness and basketball enthusiast, I am highly passionate about doing exercise 5 – 6 times a week, and I have been training since the year of 2011, which is not so long ago I can say.
But throughout all these years I have been working really hard at the gym, and also had a strict diet to combine with, to maximize the results I’ve been working and dedicating my time for.
My goal is to improve on the court and get big in a natural way, no steroids, no nothing, because I do it for my self, for my passion, and not for any competition or whatsoever, so I have no need to inject shit like that into myself and my body.
You can call me pussy, but that’s the way I like it and that’s how I do it, no one can get in my way.
Beside just going to the gym and do my exercise, I love helping others out too, and I love to do it through the internet, it’s where I can help people worldwide, and not just in the gym, but also outside the gym. And in this website, I would help you out as best as I can.
I’ve already published my first post about what I think are the best vertical jump programs for challenging yourself and defying gravity, and believe me, more awesome posts like that are on the way.
